This is a build to suit. There is currently no home built and therefore nothing to walk-through. We ask that customers visit the site to confirm they'd like to live in this community. They can note other homesites they might prefer. Visit our website MyFaveHome and click on the “How to Buy a Home” Then click on the drop down menu "Financing." Call Matt Adler or Eric Veronica to learn how the program works, then go to any lender your buyer wants.
When they have a pre-approval for a construction/permanent loan, we can meet at our selection center to review home plans that meet their goals and look at sample materials of everything they can choose from. Broker/Builder/Seller Related.
